Led by co-owners with decades in electric utility operations and project delivery, the team brings backgrounds spanning substation engineering, SCADA commissioning, construction, maintenance, and project leadership.
William “Buddy” Kindle
Buddy brings more than 25 years of electric transmission and distribution experience. He began as a distribution lineman with Hendricks Power in 1998 and advanced through field and operations leadership, including Director of Operations. His career has since included project leadership for transmission line, substation, generation, and solar work at Duke Energy, followed by Director of Project Management at HIVOLT Advanced.
PJ Poynter
PJ brings utility services and engineering leadership experience to Keystone Power. His background includes work with UTS Engineering, connecting technical service delivery with the business leadership required to support utility clients and growing project teams. He also studied at Indiana Wesleyan University.
Mike Weber, PE
18 years of utility industry experience across substation structural, civil, and electrical work, including technical leadership, NERC FAC-008 compliance, contractor performance, and project delivery.
Josh Bozarth
Experience in SCADA commissioning, field engineering, protection and control commissioning, system testing, master terminal unit replacement, and distribution automation support.
Bill Bergman
Utility construction, work management, and substation maintenance leadership experience, with a service-first perspective shaped by the U.S. Marine Corps.
